Transparency Check - 2023 Update to Tiers

I've been putting this off for a bit, but I think we painfully need to document some changes before much more of 2023 passes us by.

Off the top, I have created an anonymous feedback form for suggestions. You can find that HERE.

I'm a bit at a loss of what to offer as tier rewards beyond what I have already offered and I thought maybe you might have some ideas or suggestions. Feel free to throw them into the form. I'm sorry, business is not really my strongest skill set. 

Tier Changes

Changes that I have already made include:

• Bite Tier - This one is dead. I don't feel comfortable with super high priced tiers, so I have removed it.
• Video Credit Experiment - In general, this isn't really popular, and it adds a fair amount of work that I would rather put elsewhere. So, I'm going to remove it. 
• Downloads - All of my files are now downloadable for all Patrons. You are limited to the files that are accessible at your tier level, but you can have them.
• Unboxings - These will be added to the canon, or to say, I'm going to make these an official Patreon Exclusive item, available for all tiers. I have already been treating them like such for a while now, so I think its okay to make that an official commitment.
• Bawdy Ratings - I need a break from these and I want to format them a bit differently when I bring them back. I'm unsure how long the break will be, but they will return in some capacity.
• Podcast - This is currently offered as a livestream event for the Nom Tier and up through the Discord server, and then available for all Patrons as a recorded item after the initial live stream. I've been enjoying it, so I plan to keep it up. These will continue to be Patreon exclusive content, with Patron guided topics.

Things that have slipped that need to get back inline include:

• Weekly Updates - some weeks, when I am less productive, these can feel a bit pointless to me. But, I suspect that is just the imposter syndrome kicking in. Its a core goal to get back on these, consistently.
• Weekly Patron Exclusives - These are another reward that has slipped. They are also a core goal for me to get back on. I am heavily considering adjusting how these are accessed via the tier rewards, and making one of these available to the nibble tier.

Other things to think about:

• Behind the Scenes Live - I would really like to bring these back eventually, with a more set format. Perhaps for the summer time if we get back to an agreeable state of consistent output.
• Guide Me Polls - I want to incorporate more of these, cause they are fun when I remember them. 

2023 Goals

• Back to Basics - Over 2022 I found myself getting caught up in feeling like I needed to keep topping myself and this has become a detriment to my output, overall. So, I'm going to try to focus on rolling things back a tiny bit. It's hard to explain how exactly this will affect my work, besides I hope to put more of it out, rather than getting caught up in one monster project for a couple months at a time. Which leads us to.... 
• Consistency - I have been pretty upfront that this is a major concern for me. Between personal life stuff, platform issues, and creative burn out, my output suffered a lot in 2022 and I want to get back to where I was in 2021. This means a review a week, some kind of audio for public release a week, and the previously mentioned Patron Exclusives.

 Uh, yeah. 

Final Thoughts

I think that's everything I wanted to address at this point in time. I'm eager to get back into making content consistently and I'm happy that I'm almost over this virus that stole last week from me. It's been a bit of a shaky ride, but I think I'm getting back to form.
