Oh boy. This one is a banger.
This week, I'm reviewing the Domi 2 "Mini" Wand from Lovense with some assistance from a mysterious shadow figure. Thank you so so much to the generous person, who will remain un-named, who added this toy to my arsenal. This is a heavy hitter and I'm not worthy but I will try my best with the power I am given.
Let's talk about it!
Visually: This is a very sleek looking toy in black silicone with a silver ABS plastic ring. The ring lights up when the toy is vibrating and you can choose a few different colour options to customize the wand, though the app. That's really cute and fun and surprised me, so, I'm delighted. The body of the toy is covered in silicone besides the ring and the charging port.
The handle is sculpted with slight dips for finger grips; They are nice to help situate the wand in order to find the buttons, but otherwise, I don't have any feelings toward them.
The toy has two buttons on the shaft for controlling the vibration intensity and patterns as well as to turn the toy off and on. I like the buttons as they have a nice, silicone textured feel to them and they don't take a lot of effort to push down. They are also small enough that I don't accidently press them while I'm playing with the toy and ruin my vibe or accidently turn the toy off on my play partner. That's pretty cool.
Usability: Note that this toy is water resistant, not water proof. Just to be clear; Don't take it in the tub.
This wand is a lot of fun. Oh my goooooods....
So. Vibrational Resonance. I dunno about any of that, BUT I talk about it a bit. It's a thing, I think? I don't really want to write it all up, BUT the short version is that this wand is build for power and for that reason, it acts a tiny bit weird at the lowest intensity level. At the lowest intensity, the vibrations are really strong through the whole wand and when I pop the wand up to the next intensity level, the vibrations will localize into the head. This isn't an issue per say, but, I could see those vibrations at lower levels causing some wrist strain if you struggle with that kind of stuff.
That all having been said, this wand is so goooooood. Big fan. BIIIIIIIIIG fan.
I mentioned the button element which, foreshadowing, will come up in another review at some point. This is an issue that I have on my mind regarding wands; I hate when I'm vibing and I'm close and I'm squirming and trying to hold the wand, but also shift it a bit to a good spot, and one of my stabby little claws hit the power button and then all the fun stops. Really hate that. This wand doesn't have that issue, from what I have noticed, so far. Very happy Bits.
Due to the silicone skin on the wand, I felt comfortable using it to fuck myself a bit because..... carnal lust is really dumb and so am I, and it's so so so intense and so good and probably an intermediate move that should be practiced with caution. I do my own stunts; please be considerate of yourself when you do yours.
I didn't have any issues with the Bluetooth/ app element, so, I was pretty happy with that too!
Overall: Big fan. BIIIIIIIIIG fan. Making this review almost sent me to another level of existence for a moment or three? We have to give credit to our mysterious shadow controller for their role in the game, but the wand is the real star here and oh wow, it's so so good. I came so hard at the end the squirting felt violent. I might marry this thing. It can be husband number 7.
I'm excited to add this toy to the box of toys you can request for private sessions. There is more info for that over on the Discord, if you are interested.
And, uh..... that's all I have to say, I think? Frankly, I'm happy I can put words together again. I was worried for a moment there.
