Oh boy. I have been waiting for this review. It took a moment to get made. I'm so excited for it.
Today, I am playing with the Lush 3 from Lovense.
Special thanks to my helper. If Editing Bits did her job right , you won't hear them, but they were so helpful in running things. Big thanks. I talk about it more in the audio.
Shall we get into it?
Visually: So, this is the toy that all the cam girls have. It has the cute little tail that hangs out of all the pretty pussies. It's... kind of iconic, I guess? She's hot pink. She looks a bit like a sperm. It's an egg vibrator. It has two small magnets for the charger and a slightly upraised on/off button. The silicone has a matte texture. I'm not sure what I can say about the look besides, um, why can I not choose from a rainbow of colours with special limited edition versions for special occasions? Even just like.... a purple option for the folks who don't feel hot pink? I dunno. Maybe I have high expectations.
Usability: Oh boy. I'll try to keep this short cause I talk about it at length. Lets do pros and cons, okay?
Pros:
- Vibes are great! I find I prefer higher vibes and this one does a good job. Sometimes it feels like it's shaking my entire pussy? Real neat.
- Cleaning is easy. I like the matte finish.
- I really like the interactive element. I like that I can give control to another person? That's super hot to me and makes the toy way more engaging. I think I would be less impressed if it just vibrated. The other person element is like..... a whole new level.
- The smart phone app has a music function where the vibe will go off to music or podcasts or audio files. It can be connected to Spotify... uhhhhh.... I dunno what other sites cause I only use Spotify, and files that are saved on your phone. I think that's pretty cool and a fun way to play solo.
- The app has some other cool features, such as: the ability to make and save your own patterns; sending voice clips to play partners; nicknames for your toys and your play partners; vibe strength inhibitor if you are sensitive to higher vibes. The smartphone app seems pretty well thought out and offers fun features Wow that sounds like ad copy Im going to stop now.
Cons:
- The charging cord situation. I talk about it at length in the audio. I just think, it's bullshit. Maybe my expectations are too high? Maybe I think this could be designed much better?
- Bluetooth connectivity. So, I have been using an older phone, so, my bad for not being on the forefront of technology, and I do have thick thighs, so I'm not saying its all on the toy but.... This toy disconnects often enough that I want to mention it. It's kind of annoying. A good solution for this situation has been the Bluetooth dongle.
- The Bluetooth dongle. So, it cost me an extra $10 + shipping to get this piece. I suppose I could have got it for free with purchase with another toy, but.... I'm not that smart? I have a longer explanation, but I'll save it. Why not just include the dongle with the toy? Which brings me to....
- So, I guess this gets into the minutia of using the toy for pleasure and profit, so, this will not really matter for anyone who isn't forced onto the computer platform for this toy. Long story short, its not very good? It's janky: I need the dongle, plus 2 different pieces of software to make things run. It's has limited functions; Players I link up with on computer don't get a lot to work with. Maybe its different through the cam sites? I don't use those, cause... I'm not a cam girl. So, I feel a bit restricted with how it works on the computer. I don't have certain options available through the smartphone app, so I am forced into their software system setup. I would be less annoyed if the software didn't feel like it was made as an afterthought.
Overall: I really like it. I think it's a really fun toy. I would like it less without the partner element though, so I think that is something worth mentioning. Vibes are great. Some of the tech elements can be a bit annoying to deal with, such as the connectivity issues. It's a widespread toy for a reason, though. Overall its easy to work, it hits hard. I'm always excited when it's time to play with this one.
