We've had a fairly relaxed month 🥵🔥 When I say that, I mean, we haven't been outside working! We spent all the time editing the latest time-lapse video, which we really hope you enjoyed! It was fun to put together and see all the progress that has been made.
Now I'm really getting into 'nesting' phase and pushing Robbie to make a new bedroom before baby arrives! He was an absolute machine moving the heaviest water tank. Now we are going to spend the next few weeks rendering and painting walls, putting in a window and getting some furnishings in there! All in the background of course, because it's back to working on the arched stone doorway, which we are really hoping to get close to completion in the next few weeks.

Bedroom not finished yet, Robbie cut the door out last night with the grinder and filled the entire room with a thick layer of dust, all over our cutlery, bed, shelves, bath, walls... so now we have a full day of cleaning ahead of us. Yes Sage is getting confident with the axe, seems like the best strategy is just leave him to it and let him work it out for himself, he is gaining all sorts of skills in the process, which he can use on other areas of the farm as well. The trees are doing great, we'll do an update on them soon, we setup irrigation on them a month or two ago and water them every week, your olive tree is doing nicely! Rbobie accidentally left the irrigation on the other day and drained 12,000 litres of water onto them so they liked that haha! The Arrui have nibbled the ends of some of the trees so we'll need to add some extra rebars to the tree cages so they can't bend them down, in future we'll fence this area off properly 🧡🧡🧡

I am amazed to see Sage using the ax like a pro, a bit scarry but that is how you learn about farm tools. How are the trees you planted with our names, next video take a picture so we see their place in the farm. Hughes to all.
