You've probably heard about the lawsuit Epic Games has been contending with over some of the dance moves they've included in Fortnite. They've recreated a whole bunch including the Floss, the Milly Rock and the Carlton dance, but the original creators of these moves feel they haven't been properly compensated as a result.
In what starts off as a bit of a daft video (hence the shorts), we take a look at how difficult it would be to copyright my own dance routine, before examining some of the larger ethical issues at play here.
Can Fortnite use my dance? In short, yes, they probably can. But should they? That's the bigger, more important question.
