Listen, this episode was always going to happen. In many ways, it's a blessing that I've got it out of my system so soon.
Today we're talking about an exceptionally niche TV show that's very close to my heart: Time Commanders. Watching this as a kid was what got me into strategy games in the first place. I loved it. I still do love it.
And even I'm bemused that it ever existed in the first place. How on earth did this get commissioned? And why does a TV show that was built around the Total War games never tell its audience that they're actually looking at a video game?
