I’ve seen a lot of artists multiple times (usually from as close as possible cause I’m a bit of a snob about concerts thanks to my parents always buying the best seats-my dad bought our 4th row eras tickets-I’m in my late thirties 😂) anyways-I can’t think of only a few artists that maybe I got a guitar pic or something from (goo goo dolls is one I remember) but once. When most of the time I’ve seen them a lot. She doesn’t know me or recognize me. She’s just that in tune with her fans. Also my entire body lit up at the 1989 tour so I was hard to miss and had a light up 1986 on my head and I was standing by the person who took her jacket at rep but she also waved and stuck her tongue out at me at that show so it’s just wild to me how much she interacts with her fans

The other 3 were within the first 4 rows. I have video or photo of her DIRECTLY interacting with me from the stage at THREE SHOWS. I’m not the only swiftie I know who has video and photo of her waving, sticking her tongue out, whatever, at them it’s incredible. I think thats cool.

I imagine if you know intimately why and how a song exists AND you have a deep understanding about how music works you can make it anything you want? I feel like Jon Batiste is like that. He’s so good at music he can reshape anyway he wants.
