I’ve been a fan of theirs since ‘06 and I’ve seen them in concert 5 times, and they get better every time I see them. Any of their newer albums that you haven’t heard, I would love an album reaction!

2025-05-07 20:34:11 +0000 UTCa story about all i wanted, hayley was 19-20 when she wrote the lyrics and melody to all i wanted and when they recorded the album, she only sang it one time and that's the take its on the album because she had regretted writting the high notes and thats why she never wanted to perform it live, over the years taylor (guitarist) put the song on their setlists so many times and she always took it out last minute saying she wasn't ready and wasn't until 2022 in another festival they performed the song live for the very first time after 13 years and also she doesn't do many songs with high notes on the same show because she takes care of her vocals since she has struggled with her vocal cords since brand new eyes tour in 2009 and in fact during this performance in 2023 she was sick and was sick for almost two months with a lung infection while on tour that they had to cancel and cut short by a couple of shows because she literally couldn't go on or could damage her vocals permanently and this song was on the setlist during the 2023 USA tour but took it out after this performance and saved it for one or two shows on the next tour later that year once she got better and during eras tour supporting taylor swift, they did this song only one time. i got to see this song performed live when they came to southamerica in march 2023 and we lost our shit, so good.

He mixed it so well you can hear the crowd so clearly and even though each song is recorded in different cities around the world it flows so seamlessly through the setlist you feel like you're at the show
