Add that with his cultivation and his foundation which has been stated matters a lot, he’s a lot stronger than anyone else at his level.

I cant remember which way Elijah's stats lean, but he should probably have less mana than a dedicated caster with a decent class. That seems...doable. And a little obvious. ...and like something a higher leveled elite of the dragon empire packed full of a transcendent's/deitie's mana would be able to pull off, tbh.
