Announcement - Goals and Rewards

Okay - so you all know that Protector of the Grove (Path of Dragons 1) is coming in a week. Super excited (and a bit nervous) about it, and I hope you're all pumped that it's finally coming to Kindle and Audible. That said, I was trying to figure out a promotion to run to drum up interest among the existing fanbase, and here's what I came up with:

More chapters. Yep. I figure that's the best thing I can do for you all. So, here's the deal:

I'm tying this to the book's performance. Specifically, its ranking (on Amazon/Audible). If the book reaches top 500 on Amazon, I'll drop an extra two chapters here and on Royal Road. If it gets to top 100, I'll throw another two chapters out (total of four). After a week, if we're still in the top 500, I'll double it. So, if we hit all those marks, you all could get an additional eight chapters.

All of that being said - what can you do to ensure the book hits those marks? Sign up for Kindle Unlimited and get the book, for one. Or snag the audiobook on Audible (I recommend Audible Plus so you can just buy books with credits for a monthly fee). In addition, you can also throw out ratings and reviews on Amazon so people will know how awesome the book is (I also expect a few bad ratings because of Alyssa/Carmen and the big event at the end of the book, so it'd be nice to counteract those).

My point is that if you want extra chapters, this is how you get them!

Also, remember that I'm taking the chapters from book one down tomorrow. So, be ready for that.
