Yes, subs do read your text posts, but they are more enticed by video and photo content, along with other avenues to access your content.
Ask yourself: "Am I using as many means of advertisement as I possibly can?"
If you are only sticking to making posts on Twitter, you most likely aren't using all of your resources. The following websites should be considered when wanting to mold a successful Findom career:

Every website listed above is an opportunity to further promote yourselves beyond just Twitter. Remember, every website will have a different audience and not all finsubs are on one website. Think of it as cross promotion: you can cross promote your sales in your clip store by automatically having it linked to your SW Twitter. Niteflirt promo can also be put on your Twitter by doing so in your Niteflirt settings. You always want to give potential clients or subs multiple ways to access you and purchase your content.
Also, I've stressed this before: findom requires patience. You'll have some findommes who will get their first tribute within the first week of work vs some will take a month or a couple of months before getting one. It's all dependent on how often you are creating content, posting, and curating your aesthetic and persona. Things WILL NOT fall into your lap, just being as transparent as I can be.
