Creating Quality Content

Sometimes we can get stuck on how to go about creating content or feel like that this is the most intimidating part of the process. Here are some steps to help you create your content.

1. Your equipment

You don’t need professional cameras or expensive studio lights to create. You can simply use your smart phone, an affordable ring light or natural light, and a self timer. There’s an array of ring lights you can find on Amazon.

2. Your aesthetic

Figure out what look you want to go for. Feminine? Masculine? Goth? Best? Sensual? The options are endless. Layout various outfits and go over what would be best for the ideas you have in mind. Always do test videos or photos in the outfit to see how it’ll look on camera

3. Decide the kind of content you want to shoot

Feet pics, jerk off instructions, dancing, stripping, humiliation, etc...find an angle to work from and use it to your advantage! To get in the mood, imagine having someone you’re interested in watching you. How do you want to feel while filming? Getting in the mood will make the content come across more authentic and less awkward.

4. Film your content

Most smart phones have self timers. Set your phone up on a tripod or against something stable so you can be hands free (unless you’re shootings point of view videos which can be filmed like a selfie). Play some music in the background if it’s not a verbal video. Do as many takes as possible to pick the best one in the end.

5. Edit your content and post

On a smartphone, there are many video editing apps such as Splice and iMovie. For photo editing, try PhotoGrid, Meitu Pic, or snap chat for good filters. Try out different video transitions and effects to make your content unique.

When you’re done editing, start by posting your content where you get the most traffic first, then trickle down to where you get less traffic. It’s even good to cut up your videos into 5 or 10 second intervals to use as “teasers” on your timelines, enticing potential clients to want to see more!

* BONUS TIP:

When filming, it’s always smart to film in more than one outfit to stockpile content for the week. This way you’ve done a weeks worth of content in one day and you can schedule out when you want to post it.
