A change in update schedules, plus a new story
Added 2021-05-31 12:03:49 +0000 UTCFirst off, I've got a new story. It's about as vanilla as you can get, aside from the obscenely curvy goddess with breasts far too large, but I had a lot of fun with it. It's up on the exclusive story document, but you can find it here too.
That said, it's not Proper Motivation, which has been half-finished all month. Came into a bit of a roadblock with that one, and being unable to go around it meant I didn't start on anything else all month. But generally speaking, I think I'd like to change the way these updates are going out.
So starting in June, I'll be changing things.
Current System: 5,000 words of requests, 10,000 words of original works, charged at the first of every month.
New System: 20,000 words of a combination of requests and original works, charged when that 20,000 words are finished, but no more than once per month.
So for you, dear reader, that's an extra 5k words per update cycle. My writing output has been slow lately, and while I'm going to be working on that, I don't want to overcharge the people supporting me more than anyone else. So rather than there being a charge at the start of the month tomorrow, it won't show up until I've shared another 20k words with you, hopefully sooner rather than later. I'll stick with this update schedule until I've gotten a backlog of at least three months, at which point I'll feel comfortable switching back to monthly updates. Until then though, I think this is the most fair to you readers.
