There are some issues while rendering rain reflections. Game doesn't consider some part of the roads as road (reflective surface) and it looks weird because of sharp transition from wet to dry surface. Also surface normals are not perfect so we see seams while rendering wet surfaces. I'm trying to find ways to fix these.
Default rain system is not realistic and default reflections are calculated without using normals (thats why it looks like mirror) so you cannot notice that much but with the new lighting system its a big problem.
