Hey, here's my two-floor mall located in Oakland, CA. Includes Food Court with 10+ dining places and 10+ stores and things to do! Fully functional as a retail lot with the Get To Work game pack.
For ultimate functionality, I recommend food stalls by Insimnia (Exp. McDonald's, Chick-Fil-A, Cinnabon etc.).
