Hey, here's my Cookies Dispensary located in LA on Melrose. This build is inspired by the real Cookies in LA.
You need Basemental Drugs (MAKE SURE YOU HAVE THE MOST UP-TO-DATE VERSION) as well as the Get To Work game pack to use this lot as functional retail lot to purchase all stoner needs. The hookah only works if you have the City Living game pack. (packs + mods needed: Basemental Drugs, Get To Work, City Living)
NEW posters, decal signs, custom content recolored by @sierrathesimmer. Get @bill-l-s4cc's Cookies sign and packages HERE. I also included a Cookies work uniform t-shirts for both male and female if you want your sims to work at this lot. You need this mesh + this mesh for both to show in create-a-sim.

THIS LOT WAS CREATED AFTER THE LATEST COTTAGE LIVING UPDATE. MY GAME IS UP-TO-DATE.
MAKE SURE 'BB.MOVEOBJECTS' and "BB.SHOWHIDDENOBJECTS" IS ON BEFORE PLACING LOT.

THE FILES 'DECOR0822' + 'DZSkinDetails' CONTAIN SEVERAL MERGED FILES AND ARE IMPORTANT FILES TO DOWNLOAD. (I was not able to unmerge these files since it was a file created with an older version of Sims 4 Studio that is no longer available).

I know someone commented a while ago and said this - I was able to fix it by removing my entire mod folder (saved copy to desktop), ran my game without mods ,hit play, then exited the new game without saving. I then added all mods to the newly created empty mods folder (except my old Resource.cfg used the new Resource.cfg that formed with the fresh start) . I hope this helps.
