The last great VMAs I would argue were 2016! We got performances by Rihanna, Beyonce, Britney Spears, Ariana Grande and Nicki Minaj! Rihanna won the Video Vanguard as well! It was a very fun ceremony!

2025-09-23 15:56:28 +0000 UTCOh Madison - anklegate is so hard!!! I twisted mine about 2yrs ago (and re twisted it 8months after) and it's the worst! It feels so weak and it takes forever to heal - and ya likely not the same. The best thing I started doing is wearing a brace out for longer excursions and also got back into wearing high top sneakers for support (bough myself the nicest pair of hot pink air Jordans 😏). Be kind to it and yourself, I know the anxiety of it is real.
