Brief pause for editing, and some art
Added 2025-03-15 06:21:27 +0000 UTCI need to pause The Black Garden for a week or two while I finish writing and editing the final chapters. The first three-quarters of the manuscript has been edited into its final form (you guys have been reading the alpha draft) and now I need to wrap it all up. We even finally meet Vornn.
If you've noticed that there are some common names between Archemi and Voidhunter - such as the Khememmu species name and Sultir Khememmu of Dakhdir in Archemi, the fact MJ and Hector are both Korean, among many other small easter eggs - then you are correct in assuming they are somehow linked. Min-joon's stories are directly linked to Archemi. No, I won't be revealing how yet. All I will say is that it involves Hector's real Earth and Digger and Blackie's history as Tintomen clones, and if you've been reading The Black Garden, you may already have an inkling of how Hector and Karalti's story and that of Min-joon might intersect. The full picture will come into view as I write VH and the rest of Archemi.
Archemi 7 is my next project after this. Don't worry, it's coming.
