Working hard
Added 2019-02-16 04:08:40 +0000 UTCI'm now on page 44. I am incredibly focused right now as I come to a very big part of the story that I want to make sure I get right!
I will take note of all the sketches people want but I will do them when I have time and energy to do them. I don't want to crap out art, i want them to look nice. I will send them out when I finish drawing this arc!
If you follow me on IG you might also notice that i have largely stopped drawing popular stuff as well for the time being. I have reached a point where I want to pump all that energy into my own work.
Honestly 5c has never been a bill payer nor was it really intended to be, but at this point in my life I don't want to miss an opportunity to forward the story.
This is a very lonely book to work on hahaha, as many times it is not popular and few people have read it. It gets to me sometimes, but in the end it makes the product purer.
I live in a world of extremes with almost 200k followers on IG for a lot of the stuff I don't really care about, play or watch, and only a handful of people reading the thing i actually care about so deeply.
It reminds me that I am two people when it comes to art, the popular self, and myself.

Just read arcs 1-4 in the last couple days. Love your work be it popular or 5c. Only just discovered your work recently on Instagram. Found your tutorials helpful and insightful. Really looking forward to seeing what’s happened in Arc 5.

But I don't really know what you'd have to do to make more of your followers interested in 5th Capsule. So I guess you will probably need to go back to drawing "popular" stuff (fanart, news-related jokes...) sometimes to keep people interested. Oh yeah, I forgot to tell you that personally I think 5th Capsule is your best stuff to date! It's the reason why I support you on Patreon after all.
