Explaining Some Misunderstandings💗
Added 2024-08-15 15:12:24 +0000 UTCHi my beautiful readers, I just wanted to make a few things clear before the next chapter comes out. Mostly, regarding Tazmin since I feel like some things being brought up are unjustified or misunderstood.
- Yes, Tazmin killed Lena’s parents but this was in the past and unknowingly. She didn’t know who they were and she didn’t kill them herself, it was a hit put out on everyone working with Dorian.
- The Adriana situation was ALWAYS to have protection from the FBI + protect Lena and alliances/people Tazmin worked with (Tazmin never willingly wanted to be around Adriana or let her touch her as she did, which we can conclude would be uncomfortable for anyone forced in that situation)
- Tazmin told Lena she didn’t want to know about her past hook-ups but Lena never specified it was her sister. Tazmin also would’ve never expected any scenario involving her sister and Lena, so in a way, Lena should’ve clarified a little better when she brought this up.
- Yes, Lena has had her fair share of traumatic experiences, but it should never excuse how she chooses to treat people presently. Lena never opened up to Tazmin at the beginning of their relationship due to her own issues, and that’s understandable, but it doesn’t mean Tazmin deserved to be dragged along for the ride. Lena would also lie about small things like her feelings and then marriage & children when topics would come up instead of communicating these things to Tazmin. She also lied about the gun range even after Tazmin offered to teach her (this is what Tazmin was referring to when she said all she does is lie)
- The same thing should go with her parents, which is something Lena chose to move past, but even if she didn’t, Tazmin was willing to leave her alone after explaining the entire situation to her (which was in Chapter 68)
- Tazmin has a right to be upset over this, and shouldn’t be invalidated due to Lena choosing to move past something that occurred unknowingly with her parents in the past or even the Adriana situation. Everyone is different and everyone has their different lines that can’t be crossed, and for Tazmin that was sleeping with her sister.
- Which is another thing that is 100% valid for Tazmin to assume. Lena lied for months, allowed Gia to dance/touch her in the club, let Tazmin believe Gia made her uncomfortable after dancing in the club, lied about being sad regarding Tazmin leaving for Chicago when really it was her guilt revolving around Gia, and then Lena vouched for Gia after Tazmin stated she wasn’t comfortable with her being around. On Tazmin’s end, it looks like they were sneaking around, and it doesn’t help that Lena made out with Gia and then the next day, confessed her love to Tazmin & made love to her.
- Lena also was aware of who she was kissing when she kissed Gia, she only stated that she looked similar to Tazmin in the moment, but the very last line of that chapter was meant to show she was aware that she was kissing Tazmin’s sister.
- Regarding the twins, they took Tazmin’s side because they were her friend first, and in general, the Gia and Lena situation looks suspicious no matter how you spin it. They tried giving Lena advice to move on and let the situation go for her own well-being, it was never ill intent toward Lena.
Now this all said, I can still feel for Lena due to what she previously went through & is currently going through, but genuinely Tazmin’s side of things gets twisted so easily because we’re only in Lena’s pov.
I also want to end this by saying I won’t ever be writing Tazmin’s pov. I’ve said this a few times, but I want everyone to see it here. Keeping this in Lena’s pov makes this more realistic and it also adds mystery/intrigue. In real life, if you were Lena, you would never know what Tazmin is doing or thinking so I’m aiming to keep that theme with this book.
Now with all this being said, I still encourage for everyone to be Team Lena or Team Tazmin, I just had to clear up any misunderstandings.
Now I attached a poll below for everyone to voice their opinions, especially after reading a better view/explanation of everything💗

bro I'm team Lena because I'm a team main character girly every single time that's just my opinion like I love my POV girly down plus me personally her not knowing or knowing does not excuse her killing her parents because at the end of the day she purposely had her parents killed regardless if she didn't know that they were her parents she still killed them and for her to say that her kissing her sister is worse than her killing her parents is insane because just because she didn't know that they were her parents and she didn't know who lena was at the time she still purposely had her parents killed and that wasn't no drunken accident she purposely put a hit on them, Gia and her kissing was an accident because it would not have happened if they weren't blacked out drunk they don't even remember all the details of that night, and another thing they were broken up so it really shouldn't matter she literally told her not to tell her who she was with during the break up yes I do believe she should've told her about the kiss but she can't be mad that something happened accidentally when they weren't even together especially if she told her not to tell her about it that's just my opinion though

There are ways to handle situations when you fuck, and how you choose to handle them will cause a positive reaction or a negative reaction. Have some decency to be morally correct and treat your partner how you walk’s want to be treated. If the roles were reversed we all know how Lena would’ve reacted.
