Kamrose (OC) and "Fast" and "Normal" render

Hello, how are you? Hope the weekend was good!

The picture above is an OC (Original Character) of one of my Patron, and lineart isteld was done by very cool artist Jadony (tumblr, Hentai-Foundry, Picarto)

As you know i'm very slow with my renderings, so i wanted to try to find some alternate style that would allow me to do things faster. It's also important since my style doesn't fit well to like cartoonish/stylized drawings with very exaggerated anatomy.

So, i tried to "quickly" render this Jadony's drawing. You can see the result on the left side of that comparison image. Probably i should just start finishing it from there and in a couple of days it will be "done". However ....

I started to work on her face, trying to capture that expression, then was fixing things here and there.... And, well, i ended up doing my "regular" 3d-esque style (the right side of that comparison picture). You can see that they are very similar from a distance, but please download both pictures and open them in full size and you'd see the difference. And i'm spending 90% of time to make that transition from left image to one on the right.

So i was wondering what's your opinion about it ? Should i use that "fast" style for a filler picture while working on the bigger projects ? Should i even keep doing those big project that require so much time or just switch to the "fast" style with much frequent release time ?

I honestly would love to know your thoughts about it. Please drop me a note her in comments or catch up with me on Discord (AleskaArt#1058 )

Please forgive me about b*tching about stuff. I wish you a happy week ahead and i hope to see you soon again!

Thank you! You can try using "Mixer Brush Tool" or "Smudge Tool" to smooth some rough areas or to make a transition between values a bit softer

Shading continuing to impress! Prolly asked you this before, but any tips on getting the skin so soft looking?

Awesome! Thank you very much for your feedback!

Honestly, I do enjoy both styles, you're great at both! I'd personally say that as long as the fast ones don't become the main focus of your Patreon, I'd be down for seeing more of them! Just as long as the bigger ones are still done, since those are absolutely amazing.
