Tier change, $1 -> $2

The $1 tier has been removed and instead the lowest tier will now be $2. All of you who were on the $1 tier will still have all the same tier benefits you had -- for now, but once I start releasing official versions of the game, tier rewards will be exclusive for $2 and above.

I made this change to counter some of the losses in pledged amount that will undoubtedly come from my decision to not release extra early for the $10 and $20 tiers, instead focusing on giving a good value for the lowest tiers. Also, the $1 tier takes about a third in fees, so by raising it to $2 I will get to keep more than double after fees.
