So this one took me a lot longer than I thought it would. It ended up giving me a lot more trouble than I'd like to admit considering the speed I'm use to being able to get things working in game. Unfortunately due to the trouble with the top, there won't be a Better Body version of it for now. However, the bottom is Maxis default aside from the dick.
!!!Important!!! Speaking of the dick, you have to have [Noir and Dark's] Futanaria Penis tattoos for it to not show up black! They should already be included in the rar when you download it from their website!
