New Tier (Beyond Help $30/month)

I've made a new tier for those who want to help support me more than $15 but also giving a reward that will be worth it in my opinion.
There will now be two suggestion threads for monthly videos:
One of which is the same one we are using now where anyone can post a suggestion and then we vote upon those (This is open to every Patron)
The new one will be a suggestion thread except on $30/month tier, only they can post Suggestions. However, they will not be only ones voting on it, $9 and $15/month tiers will be able to vote on said suggestions, but will not be able to suggest.
These thread will be ran at around the same time (2nd week of the month).
