January Patreon Picked Video Update

Currently the Patreon Picked suggestions is going quite well, theres already a ton of suggestions which is great. I'm going to give the suggestion thread one more day, then I'll randomly select 10 of them and we will begin the voting phase.
Now I feel like with 10 suggestions to choose from, the votes will be quite spread out so to counter this, we are going to have two voting phase.
Voting phase 1 will include all 10 suggestions
Voting phase 2 will include the top 3 suggestions from voting phase 1.
This way we get a more consistent #1.
Let me know what you think! The voting phase will be 3 days for each phase.
