This month was the big cache update that I've been wanting to do for awhile. You might have seen that most of the images from the site are now being served via cdn.muscle-growth.org, this sub-domain is apart of the caching service that I've been wanting to implement for awhile. If you want to know what a CDN or Content Delivery Network is you can read up here: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Content_delivery_network. But it's a fancy way of saying that you'll be able to continue to browse the website faster.
While I did want to hit the $200 a month goal before implementing the CDN because it's a bit pricey I had to roll it out early because you guys are data hogs! All of the images that are downloaded from the site in a month totals up to nearly a terabyte of data , and the strain our server was under for serving up all that data it was needed.
Member growth continues to grow at a steady rate and have been seeing most of the people who browse the site without an account end up making an account very soon thereafter. As of the end of April we're closing in on 11,000 members.
