Important News About Physical Rewards

Hey everyone, sadly I have some really unfortunate news for everyone who has pledged for Physical Rewards.

Yesterday I discovered that due to the COVID-19 situation we are facing, Japan has temporarily suspended postage services until further notice. That means I can't send or receive anything from outside Japan at this time. So far they have given no indication as to how long this will last.

Because of this I am unable to send out my Physical Rewards as usual for March, April and for who knows how long. Of course, everyone who pledged WILL still receive their prints, my order with my supplier was already placed but at this time I have no estimate for when it will arrive with you.

For those who don't know my print supplier is actually located in the UK. I order them to my parents house, who then posts them to me. Once I have them I sign each print, package them safely together with stickers, letters and business cards. I also send out the pins in a separate package so as not to damage the prints every single month.

Due to this situation I will keep the prints at my parents house until this suspension is lifted. When it is lifted I will have them post the prints to me and I will send them out to everyone who pledged at any month as normal. I will continue to order my supplies in the coming months (eg. Aeith prints for April) and take note of everyone who is entitled to prints and welcome packages and send them to each person in one big package when the time comes. Digital rewards of course are unaffected and will be mailed out on the 5th as usual.

To be honest it feels really shitty that I have to announce this, a lot of new people have joined in March so I hope this won't leave a bad impression with anyone. I know a lot of us are struggling right now and this is just another thing that you may have been looking forward to that has been taken away. I truly am sorry to anyone who is let down. Truly I apologize to everyone from the bottom of my heart.
