Submit Your Transformation (TF) Suggestions!

This week, we're doing something different! Instead of posting sketches for you to vote on, I'm opening a form for you to submit your transformation (TF) suggestions.
How it works:
Access the form and fill it with your transformation ideas. It can be anything: cow, Pokémon, slime, and more!
You have one week to submit your suggestions.
I will select the best ideas and, the following week, I might either choose the best suggestions or put the top 3 for you to vote on.
Remember, I always create about 4 art variations of the sketch posted in the poll, so here the TF will be a sequence of 4 or 5 images, showing the transformation.
I’m excited to see all your amazing ideas! We will make this a monthly event, so if your suggestion isn't chosen this time, don't worry, there will be other opportunities!
