The previously peaceful woodwraiths of the Garthgan Forest have begun disturbing the people of Appia on one side of the forest and the lizardfolk tribes on the other. Kidnappings, murders, extortion—they’re acting more like a criminal syndicate than a group of loosely associated Houses scattered throughout the woods. Because of the mounting damage these woodwraiths are causing, the Shard Trade Federation wants to hire the characters to eliminate this threat.

As magic collapses become a greater threat, a device rumored to shed some light on their nature has been located in the reclusive Hason Compound.
