December Patron One-Shot Signup

Note: This is a private game (not live-streamed) that will be run by Zac, our director of new product development and lead designer and writer. I will be a player...and much chaos will ensue, I guarantee you!

Notes:
- Luke or a member of his team runs one 5e one-shot game each month and the players are chosen from patrons. If Luke isn't running the game, he's one of the players (and a renowned chaos gremlin.)
- Due to the unconquerable CR 999 monsters known as the Scheduling Spiral of Death, we are not able to choose players first and then find a time that works for everyone. With patrons all across the world, it has proven to just not work. Thus, dates and times for the games are determined in advance.
- There is a different signup form each month. Even if you've signed up in previous months, you still need to sign up again. With patrons coming and going and folks' availability/desires shifting, the most reliable way to gauge interest and make sure no one gets missed is to have a fresh signup each month.
