All Patreon Survey

Hi, I wanted to thank you all for taking the time to complete my patron survey. It gave me very useful information to inform what I do here on Patreon.

Overall, it looks like most of you are happy with the value you receive with from being a patron and the videos I create. Remember, that if you ever have a question or concern, you can always reach out to me either here on Patreon or via direct message on my Discord server.

I did want to offer my response to a couple comments.

For patrons who receive the "free published D&D adventure," please note that I only currently have two published D&D adventures that are not pay-what-you-want. That means as soon as you receive those two, you won't receive additional ones until I publish a new one. And there is no set schedule to how often I publish them. I do them as time allows. So, if you haven't received one in a while, that's why.

I also want to note that sometimes I reach out to patrons about this reward or others and receive no response. I'm careful to check my spam folders, so I'm not sure what's happening. I just know that if I don't receive a response, it's difficult to fulfill benefits. If you feel you've been overlooked, please message me and I'll make sure you get hooked up.

For the monthly patron hangouts, I realize that not everyone is always able to make them. In fact, lately we've only had 1 or 2 folks showing up. I feel bad that I can't set a date and time that always works for everyone, but the simple truth is that my schedule and workload only allows me to hold one hangout a month. I've tried having the hangout on different days (Saturday versus weekday) and at different times in the hope they worked better, but that hasn't seemed to help much. I feel like at this point, I'm stuck with just picking a date/time and hoping that some folks can make it.

Thank you for the suggestions about how to improve my Patreon, too. Some ideas
for additional benefits I could offer were provided, and I'll take them under consideration. I always appreciate new ideas. One difficulty is that my current activities as a content creator already consume all my nights and weekends. (You know your calendar is too full when you have to schedule time to relax or spend time with your family.) So, I'm currently unable to provide any further time-dependent benefits. That is, benefits that require more time on my part to fulfill. Unfortunately, I just don't have any more time to give. I hope you understand.

Okay, I think that's about it. I just wanted to thank you and address a couple things. I work at a company that routinely does surveys and then never gets back to people about the results and their responses to those results. So, I wanted to make sure I didn't do that to you.
