Not only were the straps locked on effectively trapping me in my sIut heels but my ankles were cuffed by a ankle cuffs and a chain connecting them. I was told only when I was finished shoveling all of the snow was my punishment to end. It was very slippery and challenging to keep my balance and I was straining hard against my heels and cuffs to finish the task assigned by Master
