She is a beach loving babe who enjoys hanging out near the waves on the West coast. When she isn't working as a life guard, she is spending time teasing cuties with her delicious paws, often times finding it amusing when it comes to shrinking people down and absorbing them into cute little freckles on said soles or making them live on the microscopic cities located on her flipflops~
I absolutely adored designing this for one of my great friends Skyress. Originally we were going to work on a redesign for Skyress's sister but when i found out about Penny from her old comics she used to make, I fell in love with her design~ I hope you love her as much as me and Skyress do! There will certianly be more art of her in the future!
