25 minutes of rambling about new machines
Added 2024-06-22 15:32:14 +0000 UTCupdate on everything, been a busy couple of weeks. Will try to get a vid out this weekend but as you may see from the vids, a bit zonked and may need to sit very still in silence instead lol. lets see how far this linn drum goes.
lots of stuff in the bag for videos, built a new room stud walls etc in the garage i have been using for the past few months to make modular vids, and focus on the next album. i'm finishing the vinyl cover for the album which consists of the songs from "stupid me" up to now, including a new one "double barrel decadence" ill put out when vinyl is sorted. many a machine to talk about, after knocking the rear walls down in the museum it will open the space up for a live room and a control room which will be the focus of attention in the coming months to house stockdales machines, bruel and kjaers, various leslie speaker setups and also compton organs, one of which is modified to work with modular synths. all that jazz.

Those tone discs are one of the coolest things ever. I legit pulled shockedpikachu.jpg face. Hoping the pinball machine isn’t knackered, I love Egyptian themed shit so that plus pinball equals double awesome. Finally, for the love of whichever deity you prefer, get some bloomin’ sleep! It’s going to be too hot here to razz around much the next few days anyway, so don’t overdo things 🖤

2024-06-24 11:34:01 +0000 UTC...The inside of those tone wheels looks very alien techy...we are definitely heading towards a spaceship build here - height permitting that is! But you will have to give the computer a name - not HAL - that one is already taken - and you could remix Daisy Bell......or throw a curve ball, like.....Dance of the Sugar Plum Fairy? As for power, just strap on those little flying saucers, suitably multiplexed, of course, to channel the output of the organ pipes.....just a few forms to fill out....oh, and you'll have to tax it of course! - but then, you're good to go.......
