A New Rabbit Hole Might Be Opening
Added 2022-05-15 21:52:07 +0000 UTCso after this weeks project I will be jumping back into a musical project and its quite a big one! and I really hope it will make some entertaining videos as I don't feel this certain type of music machine has been covered enough in technical videos on youtube. So it may be quite fun and entertaining to delve into.
variety is the spice of life so hopefully this past week of Strowger project talk has not been too much on here. the project is nearly done, the video is still not quite there yet hopefully within the next 48 hours it will be up.
however the next project if all goes to plan begins with something I am picking up on this Friday. It is something musical, it was not expensive, not because it isn't cool or desirable, but these kinds of things are so insanely impractical and logistically incomparable that they quite often end up getting destined for the scrap pile.
I have some limited experience with the technology that is involved but I will be jumping in without much of a clue and hopefully learning as I go.
I have no idea here im actually going to put it yet so its going to require a bit of creative thinking.
it is electric...ish, and will be able to be modified to play happily with everything else at the museum and I think people will find it pretty cool to use not completely as originally intended.
its the kind of thing I think everyone would love to install into their house but realistically it would just be absolutely ridiculous....................
hopefully it will all make sense soon!

Yeah. Oh well. What I have got I am pretty confident it’s going to make a fun project to watch. Possibly dinner than a fair light but Let’s see hahaha

2022-05-16 15:26:55 +0000 UTCthe problem with all that stuff is the price has just got so inflated it sorta saps the fun and accessibility out of it, its the kind of thing that would be out of bounds at aa museum purely because its worth so much money. I've become a bit of a dumpster diver trying to find the items that are super interesting but dont cost an arm and a leg haha
