Test Equipment Rock Rebooting
Added 2022-04-06 20:42:39 +0000 UTCSo back on the test equipment malarkey at some point. the big project this week is baudot Kosmo! more on that very soon. but the time has come. somewhat spurred on by hainbachs visit to get thetest equipment going a full proper room setup for the museum. not fully interactive but open for people to use when its coming together. the bottom of this rack is a digitimer 4030 a pretty mad pulse machine that does all sorts of stuff. mainly centring around 1 pulse with 4 delays from it, 2 separate oscillators and a bunch of and gates. Hainbach recommended it, there was one on eBay for a crazy amount of money which I successfully managed to get an offer accepted that was below a quarter of the asking price. happy days. it can send out an impressive amount of pulses all different but somewhat related.

yeah haha. screw paying that. it had been on for a while I started at 50 quid and worked up slowly till they came to terms with the fact it was worth no where near that ha
