Also, maybe the schematic for the printer interface would give you some ideas on how to create your CV interface. http://www.swtpcemu.com/mholley/PR_40/PR40_Schematic.pdf. Go up to his home page, there might be some other stuff at his site that would help you with the SWTPC.

Actually the memory display is divided into 3 fields: 1) the address, 2) data in hexadecimal and 3) that same data in ASCII. i.e. 0x20=space & 0x54='T', etc. Kudos to your friend Robert for getting you some code!
