Its nearly Working! the next video's machine
Added 2021-03-22 00:10:35 +0000 UTCthis is very prototypish, but on putting the video up i will be sharing the 3d print files and where i got everything from if anyone is interested.
3d print files will be in a format you can order from a 3d printing site online. however like i said awfully prototypey, its big and bulkey and could definitely be done better! But sheesh kapeesh its working!

yeah it has a nice character about its crossfadingness! ooh nice. I hadn't thought of that. ill do that next time I have a car with speakers!!!! it seems like forever since any of my cars had speakers haha, but that will be the first darn thing I try that sounds awesome

2021-03-23 08:34:45 +0000 UTCi like the way the sounds interact with their neighbors as you scan between them. also, it sounds like when i drive around with my AM radio in-between stations and listen to the power lines and data cables overhead!
2021-03-22 23:55:11 +0000 UTCbasically i actually started with just tape heads before inductor coils but they are very directional. inductor coils send out a wide field, and tape heads send out a very narrow field so the plan was, wide output field, and narrow read field so its more directional at reading
