2021-03-03 20:54:47 +0000 UTCthe 11TH digit will turn to 9 on Thursday - March 4th at 10:30AM EST (+ or - 2 hrs) the 12TH digit will turn to 1 on Sunday - March 7th at 9:30PM EST (+/- 2 hrs) March 4th - 3:30PM GMT +/- 2 hrs to be safe --- 9 at 11th digit March 8th - 2:30AM GMT +/- 2 hrs to be safe --- 1 at 12 digit
