I liked this video, it is kind of nostalgic. In 2004 I turned an 18k sq ft (1560 m sq}) single story facility into a training center. It was for an enormous software company and since I was a software architect by training, making a real building work was new and fun. HVAC, security systems, power distribution, fire safety, thousands of computers, catering facilities, networks, and a data center. Other than the politics of working for the company, it was a massively fun part of the job.
