VLOG 154 TESTING NEW KOSMO CIRCUITS
Added 2020-10-02 08:45:43 +0000 UTChere is the next couple of modules! a weird clipping filter/vca that I figured out in a few livestreams a couple of weeks ago and also an offset/boost dual attenuator to mess with signals.
The core of the filter is actually quite a few components lighter than even the ms20 style lm13700 filter and it sits closer to the data sheet design with some extra tom foolery, its got a very funky resonance that when mixed with the boosting circuit makes it go awfully funky. you'll see these later in the month, schematics and all that jazz, but I have included a draft schematic in the vid (not sure if there may still be a silly mistake who knows!).
its definitely got a funky character to it.
