So after looking around and doing some searching through The Ericsson Review magazines from 1965-1970 (available at http://runeberg.org/ereview/. What you have is a small switchboard meant for business such as hospitals, hotels, stuff like that. The model you have was built in France at Ericssons' plant in Colombes in June of 1969 as per the stamp on the back. I am still trying to do some serial number searches to try to find a pic of the exact model you have.

The first electrical/electronic computers were built by telephone engineers, mainly using parts meant for telephony systems. Your one has that 50's-60's aesthetic vibe. Perhaps someone at the NMC bletchley can give you more info (https://www.tnmoc.org/contact-us) they have many quite elderly volunteers who are retired telephone engineers (hint hint)
