so im working on getting the powerglove video out this weekend (hopefully, it may not get done in time and I go to plan B). but im concentrating on just the fingers at the minute, which have bend sensors in them. just long thin flexible circuit boards with thin slats of a material that when its pulled slightly apart increases in resistance. well anyway, they give a voltage change of about 0.4v. so im making an interface circuit for each finger. It has been on my to do list to make a circuit like this for a load of other sensors and stuff, for instance the gyroscopes in the lightsaber theremin.
anyways, ill post a vlog about it when I have finished the rat nest of wires and stuff.
if you want more adjustment on the boost swap R5 with a pot. I think its good to have a boost and an attenuvert (even though their function is a little bit similar) as its just good for attenuvert to be more fine tune, and the boost is a big coarse twist from 0 gain to 10 gain.
anyway I have done the stupid thing of soldering 4 of these circuits onto 1 tiny bit of protoboard and its an absolute mess, I sure hope it works haha.
