PF2E Kingmaker - First Test Session

Hey everyone! We'd like to introduce you to a potential Patreon exclusive series of us going through Pathfinder Second Edition's Kingmaker Adventure! This is just a test session of our experimenting with our characters and builds. So no Kingmaker spoilers here!

Intentions for this campaign

For a long while, we've wanted to do a Patreon-exclusive TTRPG campaign. The most significant issues we faced in starting one have been our time and availability to do so.

TTRPG Campaigns are pretty labor-intensive. From organizing people's lives to making all of the assets, we knew that we couldn't possibly afford to do something custom in Rotgrind's setting. The solution came in Paizo's pre-made TTRPG adventures being ported over to Foundry VTT. These pre-made adventures allow the game master to set up the sessions quickly due to the assets being set up already, allowing us more time to focus on playing the game and being goofs for all of you.

Another goal for this Patreon exclusive campaign is to raise more funds. We are still interested in doing a WarHams campaign again and producing other types of products. To do so, we want to increase our revenue streams to better support our artists, editors, players, game masters, and the rest of the crew to make more possible. On the side, we also wanted to thank you guys for sticking with us for so long. You're the reason we've been able to last for so long, and we're excited to continue kicking cheeks with all of you! These test sessions will help us determine our character and builds for the coming campaign. Kingmaker is a super long campaign from lvl 1 to 20 so we want to ensure everyone is satisfied with their characters and builds before moving forward. Along with making sure you like everyone's characters! So, characters, builds, and even the campaign are subject to change.

Distribution

The current idea is to stream this as a YouTube membership, Twitch Sub Only, and Patreon stream exclusive (if we can figure that out, Patreon is weird with it).

The path we may more than likely go is to keep this campaign 100% Patreon exclusive. We would locally record the episodes, edit them for video and audio, and upload them exclusively on Patreon. We'd like to hear what you'd prefer in the comments!

Our session schedule is bi-weekly, so we expect to release two episodes a month. We want to spruce up this series editing-wise, and we're currently establishing that workflow.
