Today I'm sharing this PSD file with you, a commission for Walt46 starring his OCs: Ned the beaver and Theo the rat. Ned is very dominant while Theo is a very obedient sub pet, as you can see! Looks like they went for a walk at the local street festival and they're having quite a good time :)
I own the credits for the photo used as the base for the background and all the additional textures and items are free-to-use or hand painted on. This was really fun and it surprised me to become one of my top fav illustrations in the past months!
