I’m caught up in this state of mind

Vent work. I've been struggling with anxiety a lot lately, and I've noticed that even minor negative confrontations cause enough stress for me that it makes me on edge for the next several days. It's not fun and it makes focusing on work difficult. But this took me 3 hours and I'm surprised that I was able to work on it from start to finish with little to no breaks.
I'm thinking of doing a part 2 because I really love the whole concept of drawing various emotions. While I am not feeling completely better, I will be okay <3
