Which Scene Should I Animate First?

I picked a few scenes that I think would look really cool animated (and that I feel confident I can pull off).
Iβll start working on the animation around the middle of next week. Until then, Iβll be posting some drawings here to fill in the gaps!

But even for me sometimes it's hard to remember the character names and pinpoint them to which exactly mob/character it is that you see in the game. What if we add some small and cool character sheets? (Within the game on a separate screen?) I think this way it will be easier for players to remember the names (if that's what we want. At least it will be easier to make a meaningful choice on a poll like this :) ) + add a tiny bit of lore & character expo to each of them if that makes sense, especially introducing the city now (and adding RPG elements?)
