What Face Tracking for Herol ?

I have a question for you ! yes again :x
I've heard the face tracking on Herol has some issues with the quest facetracking, I don't know how it goes for other headset with face tracking besides the one i already have.
I've been suggested to switch from ArKit to Unified expressions for fixing this issue and I wanted your opinion on this.
Also, If it turns out that I should indeed do Unified expression shapekeys, should we still keep the ArKit too? It would means lot of shapekeys however... so not the best for a good optimization but it'll allow you to use the one you prefer.
What would you prefer ?
