S4MP 0.65.0 - More Businesses & Hobbies fixes, support for new kits

This update continues the series of fixes for the Businesses & Hobbies expansion pack and adds launcher support for 3 new kits.

Added launcher support for Restoration Workshop Kit, Golden Years Kit & Kitchen Clutter Kit,
Fixed the notification wall is full message for client players,
Small business employee management dialog works for all players,
Small business hire employee works for all players,
Small business fire employee works for all players,
Small business payment level setting works for all players

This version of the mod only supports The Sims 4 versions 1.110 and later.
There are now different server regions (Europe, US, Asia Pacific), the room code only works in the region where the game has been hosted!
As always, this version contains a lot of updates and most probably contains bugs. Feedback is very welcome, and it is a huge help to boost the development of the mod.
