S4MP 0.64.0 - Businesses & Hobbies fixes, support for new kits

This update brings more small business-related fixes to the Businesses & Hobbies expansion pack, along with launcher support for 2 new kits.

Added launcher support for Sleek Bathroom Kit & Sweet Allure Kit
Small business open/close button works for all players
Small business settings dialog is shown for the correct player
Small business settings dialog can be saved properly by all players
Small business results dialog is displayed for the correct player when closing the business

This version of the mod only supports The Sims 4 versions 1.110 and later.
There are now different server regions (Europe, US, Asia Pacific), the room code only works in the region where the game has been hosted!
As always, this version contains a lot of updates and most probably contains bugs. Feedback is very welcome, and it is a huge help to boost the development of the mod.
